This registration is for players who know what team they are playing on.

Please be reminded that all players must sign up and register for each team they play on to ensure they are covered for insurance, receive credit for games played in order to qualify for playoffs, and have stats inputted from their games. 

All registered players in the league are afforded Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance coverage. This coverage can help supplement any injuries which were sustained during the league-run games and will respond after any other personal insurance plans are exhausted. Please take some time to review the Coverage Summary for coverages and limits associated with the different types of injuries insured under this policy. The coverage summary states that there is coverage of up to $1,000 when a face cage is not worn and up to $5,000 when a face cage is worn.
