Summer '26 Registration - Flex (10 Games)

Flex Registration Package Details

Team captains, secure your team's spot in the Flex Conference for the WRHL Summer Season.

A scheduling survey will be sent closer to the season start to capture updated omit dates and preferences.

Season Length: 10 guaranteed games, including a minimum of 2 playoff games
Dates: June– Late August (Regular season ends early August; playoffs conclude late August)
Game Format:Three 15-minute stop-time periods
- Clean ice at the start; no mid-game floods
- 3-on-3 OT and shootout if necessary (time permitting)
Start Times: No more than 2 games after 10:00 PM; varied start times across arenas
Days of Week: No games Friday + Saturday, option to blackout Sundays at no cost.
Blackout Days: Select up to 10 specific dates during the season for scheduling flexibility
Conference Venues:All North & South arenas
Playoff Format: Double-elimination playoffs ensuring at least two playoff games per team
Holidays: No games during May Long Weekend, Canada Day Weekend, or August Long Weekend
Pricing: $4,400 + GST per team
Payment Plan:
- $1,000 due upon registration
- $2,000 due by June 1
- Remaining balance due July 1
Scheduling Perks & Customization:
- Option to purchase additional games
- Ability to buy perks such as blackout days and preferred time slots
- Custom scheduling accommodations available upon request

Tax will be applied to your registration.
Online Payment Fee: Online registrations are subject to an online payment fee.
Distributed Payments: After registering players will be able to login and make payments towards their team's fees.
Pay Later: Payment is not required to complete registration and can be made later.
